Return Process

  Log into your MIDLAND account and navigate to your order history to select the electronic items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the device in its original box, ensuring all cables, manuals, and remote controls are included to avoid a restocking fee.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping barcodes.

• 4.
  Verification and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the unit's condition and serial number, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
